Terms of service

1. General

These terms set out the conditions on which the seller (named in section 2) sells goods in the Pocchi online store, and the buyer's rights and obligations. By placing an order the buyer confirms that they have read these terms.

They apply together with the return policy, the shipping policy and the privacy policy.

3. Who may buy

Purchases may be made by a person aged 18 or over with legal capacity, or by a legal entity through an authorised representative. The goods are made for adults; nothing is made for children.

4. Orders and formation of the contract

The buyer selects the goods, completes the order and pays for it. The contract is formed when the seller sends an order confirmation to the email address given by the buyer.

If the seller cannot supply the goods ordered, the seller will say so and refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Delivery cost is added at checkout and shown before the order is confirmed.

Orders are prepared once payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods, zones and times are set out in the shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The procedure and the model withdrawal form are in the return policy.

8. Conformity of the goods

The seller is liable for lack of conformity under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The statutory liability period is 2 years from delivery of the goods to the buyer.

Where goods do not conform, the buyer may require repair or replacement, or, where that is impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. Contact: pocchilt@gmail.com.

Normal wear, and damage caused by not following the care instructions given in the product description, are not a lack of conformity.

9. Personal data

How the buyer's data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

10. Disputes

Please contact us first at pocchilt@gmail.com. We will reply in writing.

If no agreement is reached, a consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to a court.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. They do not restrict any consumer rights granted by mandatory law.

The seller may amend these terms. The version in force when the order was placed applies to that order.
