Refund policy

Right to withdraw within 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The period runs from the day you, or a person named by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If one order contained several items delivered separately, it runs from the day you receive the last item.

The right is unconditional: we do not review or approve it. It is enough that you tell us your decision before the period ends.

How to tell us

Write to pocchilt@gmail.com and state clearly that you are withdrawing. You may write freely or use the model form at the bottom of this page.

We will confirm by email as soon as we receive your notice.

Sending the goods back

Send or hand back the goods no later than 14 days after the day you told us you were withdrawing.

We pay the cost of return shipping. We will explain how when we reply to your notice.

When you get your money

We refund no later than 14 days after the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We refund using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We refund both the price and the standard delivery cost. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard one, we do not refund the difference.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence that you have sent them — whichever happens first.

The condition of the goods

You may examine and try on the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Please return them with tags and original packaging where you still have it. Missing packaging is not in itself a reason for us to refuse a return.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

There are no exclusions for the goods we sell — the right applies to all of them.

If the goods are faulty

That is a separate matter and the 14-day period does not apply to it. The seller's statutory liability for lack of conformity runs for 2 years from delivery. Write to pocchilt@gmail.com describing the problem and we will agree on repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
