How we deliver

To an Omniva parcel locker. You choose the locker when placing your order.

Delivery cost

3 € per order. It is added and shown at checkout, before you confirm the order — there are no charges added afterwards.

Preparation and delivery times

We prepare your order within 4–10 business days of payment and then ship it. Delivery usually takes about 3 more days.

When we ship your order we will email you a tracking number.

If a parcel is late or does not arrive

Write to pocchilt@gmail.com with your order number and we will take it up with the carrier.

Until the goods are handed over to you, the seller bears the risk of their loss or damage.

If a parcel arrives damaged

If the packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and send us the picture. That makes it quicker to resolve.
